Corporate foraging away days near London and Brighton
Four hours of ancient woodland, expert teaching and shared discovery - with an optional pub dinner to finish it properly.
A day out of the office and into the woods
This is a premium half-day experience: a four-hour expert-guided foraging walk through beautiful West Sussex woodland near London and Brighton, with an optional dinner at a superb local pub to follow. There is no better way to reconnect a team than an afternoon in the forest together.
How the day runs
Your team discovers the forest ecosystem and the remarkable role of mycorrhizal fungi - the original network organisation. They learn to identify edible and poisonous mushrooms safely, gain a new relationship with nature and seasonal living, and spend four hours genuinely away from screens and agendas. I teach throughout; nobody stands at the back.
Group sizes and accessibility
Minimum 8, maximum 13 people - the size where everyone learns. The pace is slow and the ground is ordinary woodland; if anyone on your team has specific access questions, ask and you will get an honest answer before you book.
