Cancellation Policy
The mushroom growing workshops at the Remakery and foraging walks have limited spaces to ensure a good experience for all participants. Many of the workshops and foraging walks sell out. For this reason, I kindly ask you to cancel at least 7 calendar days before your scheduled workshop or foraging walks. This will allow me to offer your spot to another mushroom enthusiast.

Please note the following refund amounts:
- 0-6 days notice: No refund, but you can rebook.
- 7-13 days notice: Partial refund minus booking fees, or rebook.
- 14 days or more: Full refund including booking fees, or rebook.
- Cancellation by Adi's Urban Mushrooms: Full refund or rebooking offered.
Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all purchases and services provided by Adi's Urban Mushrooms, a trading name of Urban Mushrooms London Ltd (Company No. 13142879), a non-profit social enterprise registered in England and Wales.
Products: All tinctures, powders, grow kits, fresh mushrooms, and jerky are food products and/or food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We make no health claims about our products. Tinctures contain alcohol (30% ABV).
Orders: Orders placed through this website are enquiries. We will confirm availability, total cost including delivery, and payment details by email. No contract exists until we confirm your order. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery: Fresh mushrooms are available for local collection or local delivery only (South London). Tinctures, powders, grow kits, and jerky can be shipped UK-wide. Delivery times and costs will be confirmed with your order.
Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on fresh mushrooms or opened food products. Sealed products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Grow kits: if your kit fails to produce mushrooms despite following the instructions, contact us and we will replace it.

Liability: Our products are made with care in a facility with a 5-star Food Safety rating (Lambeth Council, since March 2023). We follow HACCP procedures. However, individual results from food supplements may vary. If you have allergies or medical conditions, consult your healthcare provider before use.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Privacy Policy
Adi's Urban Mushrooms (Urban Mushrooms London Ltd) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
What we collect: Name, email address, phone number (if provided), delivery address for orders, and payment information processed securely through our payment providers (Stripe/GoCardless). We do not store card details on our servers.
How we use it: To process your orders and enquiries, to send you order confirmations and delivery updates, and to respond to your questions. We will not send marketing emails unless you opt in.
Who we share it with: Only our payment processors (Stripe, GoCardless) and delivery services as needed to fulfil your order. We never sell your data to third parties.
Your rights: Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact adi@urbanmushrooms.co.uk to make a request.
Data retention: We keep order records for 6 years for tax and legal purposes. Contact form submissions are deleted after 12 months unless they relate to an ongoing order.

Food Safety
Adi's Urban Mushrooms maintains a 5-star Food Safety rating from Lambeth Council (since March 2023). All products are produced in our inspected facility at The Remakery, Camberwell/Brixton, following HACCP procedures. Our food business is registered with the local authority.
