There's no better way to connect a team than an afternoon in the forest together. This is a premium half-day experience: a 4-hour expert-guided foraging walk through beautiful West Sussex woodland, with an optional dinner at a superb local pub to follow.

I'm Adi - a published academic (PhD in Social Work Education; MSc with Distinction), former professor, and forager of 46 years trained by expert Swiss mushroom controllers. I'm a member of the Association of Foragers and the founder of Adi's Urban Mushrooms, a non-profit social enterprise. With 80+ five-star Google reviews and sell-out foraging seasons, your team is in excellent hands.

Over the course of the afternoon, your team will discover the forest ecosystem and the remarkable role of mycorrhizal fungi, learn to safely identify edible and poisonous mushrooms, gain a new relationship with nature and seasonal living, and reconnect with each other away from screens and agendas.

Earmarked dates for 2026: Fridays 25 September, 2 October, 9 October, 16 October, 23 October and 6 November. Other weekday dates can also be arranged - I'll always try to find one that works for your team.

• Walk Only - £175 per person. The full 4-hour guided foraging experience.
• Walk + Dinner - the walk followed by dinner at a superb local pub. Price on request.

Minimum 8 people, maximum 13. A 50% deposit secures your booking; balance due 2 weeks before the walk. Cancellations within 2 weeks are non-refundable; within 4 weeks, 50% is retained. Meeting point in West Sussex - around 1 hour 15 minutes from SE London by car.
