Mycorrhizal fungi partner with plant roots and move nutrients through soil; saprotrophs turn dead material back into fertility. A greening plan that ignores them is decorating on top of dead ground. Sessions for staff make this visible - it is the most quietly fascinating lunch-and-learn on your calendar.

We have no green space at all - is there anything here for us?
