What makes these walks different

The content is the same as every walk I run - proper identification, taught to the standard of certainty. What changes is the shape of the day: clear structure, a predictable pace, and full information in advance, so you can decide whether the day works for you before you commit to it.

Sensory and pace considerations

Woodland is a naturally kind environment - quiet, soft light, no crowds - and the group is small. The walk follows the structure described in your booking information, without surprises sprung on the group. There is no pressure to socialise; you are welcome to walk quietly and simply learn.

What you will know in advance

Before the day you receive the full plan: where we meet, what happens when, how long each part takes, what the ground is like, and what to bring. If you have questions the information does not answer, contact Adi directly and he will answer them properly.

Who these walks suit

Anyone who finds that clear structure and advance information make the difference between a good day and a hard one. You do not need to explain or disclose anything to book - the format is simply there for whoever wants it.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to tell you anything about myself to book?

No. Book like anyone else. The format - structure, advance information, predictable pace - is built in for everyone on the walk.

Can a supporter or companion come along?

Yes - book them a place as usual, or contact Adi if you want to talk anything through first.

Is the walk quieter than a normal group?

The groups are small on every walk. On this walk the structure is more explicit and there is no expectation of group chat - some people talk, some do not, both are fine.

A walk that tells you everything first

The next neurodivergent-friendly walk runs Sunday 18 October at 11am.
